We are seeking a results-driven medical device digital and communications marketer to develop and execute campaigns that drive physician adoption, patient awareness, and practice growth. This role will lead the development of digital campaigns, promotional content, tradeshow support and physician practice marketing tools while tracking performance metrics and ROI. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create impactful messaging and engagement experiences to deliver high-quality, results-driven experiences.
• Lead SEO/SEM strategy, including keyword search, content planning, and performance tracking.
• Develop marketing campaigns targeting physicians and engage patients to drive product awareness and adoption/conversion.
• Develop and execute campaigns which include social media, email and website content.
• Track performance metrics including lead generation, physician, patient engagement and ROI.
• Collaborate and manage third party vendor(s).
• Supports tradeshow promotion and messaging.
  • Help foster a strong, inclusive and positive culture on-site by being the eyes and ears of the employee experience and by escalating feedback or concerns to the VP of HR as needed.

Education/Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree a must.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Medical Device or healthcare related Marketing.
• Strong digital marketing and analytics expertise.
• Experience in medical device marketing and advancing disruptive technologies in a highly competitive space.
• Experience in using AI tools in marketing strategies preferred.
• Self-driven, adaptable, open-minded, and collaborative attitude with ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills. Experience writing about science-related topics in a marketing context is highly desirable.
• Travel up to 15%.
• Ability to write in a range of styles and tones, from technical to conversational.
• Salesforce and HubSpot experience needed.
